## Methodology notes

- The Reputation Risk Score combines five weighted components: negative pressure (0.40), review velocity (0.25), recent critical signals (0.15), AI visibility (0.15), stagnation (0.05). Weights are those of the current model version and every driver behind a score is named.
- AI answer tracking runs configured customer questions against major AI engines daily and archives each response, producing a dated time series of citations, misrepresentations and absences.
