Google and Facebook don't offer a "download my reviews" button. The Echorank extension reads your reviews straight off the page and sends them to your dashboard — where each one is scored for sentiment and risk automatically.
Two minutes: download the file, enable developer mode, load the extension, and connect it with your access token. The written steps below match the video.

The extension installs as an unpacked extension — a normal, supported way to load extensions that aren't in a web store. It needs one browser setting flipped on.
Use the button above, then unzip the file into a folder you'll keep — for example Documents/echorank-extension. Your browser loads the extension from that folder every time it starts, so don't delete or move it afterward.
Type the address for your browser into the address bar:
| Browser | Address | Developer mode toggle |
|---|---|---|
| Chrome | chrome://extensions | Top-right corner |
| Brave | brave://extensions | Top-right corner |
| Edge | edge://extensions | Left sidebar |
| Opera | opera://extensions | Top-right corner |
| Vivaldi | vivaldi://extensions | Top-right corner |
Flip the Developer mode toggle (see the table above for where it sits). New buttons appear at the top of the page.
Click Load unpacked and select the folder you unzipped in step 1. The Echorank extension appears in your list — the install is done.
Click the puzzle-piece icon in your toolbar and pin Echorank. Then open the Extension page in your Echorank dashboard, copy your access token, and paste it into the extension's settings. Hit save — you're connected.
On the Extension page of your Echorank dashboard. Sign in, open Extension in the left menu, and copy the token shown there — then paste it into the extension's settings and save.
No. Browsers show this notice for any unpacked extension. Dismiss it and the extension keeps working normally.
Chromium browsers: Chrome, Brave, Edge, Opera and Vivaldi. Firefox and Safari are not supported. If you use one of those, the CSV import on the Data Sources page is your path.
No — your browser loads the extension from that folder every time it starts. Keep it somewhere permanent, like Documents/echorank-extension. If you move it, re-run Load unpacked from the new location.
The extension reads reviews from recognized page layouts, such as your Google Business listing or your Facebook business page. On pages it doesn't recognize, import is disabled by design. Use the CSV import on the Data Sources page instead — the import guide walks you through it.
Yes — the token links the extension to your account only, and imports run over an encrypted connection. Treat it like a password: don't share it, and if it's ever exposed you can rotate it from the Extension page in your dashboard.
Download the latest zip from this page, unzip it over your existing folder (or into a new one), then on your browser's extensions page click the reload icon on the Echorank card — or remove it and Load unpacked again.
