What it checks

Crawler accessWhether robots.txt lets GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot and Google-Extended read your site at all — the single most common reason a business is invisible to AI answers.
Machine-readable identityOrganization schema, llms.txt, sitemap, titles and headings: the signals an assistant uses to work out who you are and what you sell.
What a crawler actually seesWhether your pages need JavaScript to show their content. Most answer-engine crawlers do not run it, so what they see can be an empty page.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The assistant and one site scan a day are free and anonymous. An account raises the limits and keeps a history of your scans.

Is my conversation stored?

No. Anonymous conversations live in your browser tab only — nothing is written to our database. Site scan results are cached for a day, keyed by domain, because they describe public pages anyone can read.

Can it scan any website?

Any public one. It reads the same pages a search engine or an AI crawler reads, and it will not touch private addresses or internal hosts.

How accurate are the findings?

The findings are measured, not written by the model — the same checks the paid Echorank audit runs. The assistant explains them; it does not invent them.

Can it help with billing or refunds?

No. Refunds, VAT, invoicing and enterprise pricing go to [email protected], where a human will answer.
